4/5/26 Easter: This Is The Day The Lord Has Made

  1. What are the key reasons David gives for celebrating Resurrection Sunday, and how do these reasons impact your personal faith?
  2. How does David use the concept of “adventure with God” to shape our daily walk with Him?
  3. According to David , why is remembering and retelling the story of Jesus’ resurrection important for Christians?
  4. What is the significance of communion as explained by David , and how does it serve as a method of celebration and remembrance?
  5. How does David connect Psalm 118 with the resurrection of Jesus and the concept of rejoicing?
  6. What does David say about believers being “new creations” in Christ, and what does this mean for our identity?
  7. David references Ephesians and Colossians to talk about wisdom and revelation. How does having Christ in us give us access to God’s wisdom and knowledge?
  8. Why does David emphasize that the same resurrection power that raised Jesus from the dead lives within believers, and how should this truth affect your everyday life?
  9. What does it mean to be “seated with Christ in heavenly places” as described in Ephesians, according to David ? How does this influence a Christian’s authority and position?
  10. David ends with a prayer inviting listeners to receive Christ. How does this call to salvation tie into the overall message of victory, new identity, and purpose in Christ?

David  [00:00:00]:

Praise God. Here we go. Resurrection Sunday. Five, four, three.

David [00:00:11]:

Praise the Lord.

David  [00:00:12]:

This is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.

David  [00:00:17]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:00:18]:

Welcome to Resurrection Sunday, everyone. Today is a day of celebration, and we have several things to celebrate today. Today is Pastor Kanye’s birthday, so happy birthday, Pastor Kania.

David  [00:00:35]:

Hallelujah.

David [00:00:36]:

Praise God.

David  [00:00:37]:

So we’re going to be celebrating today all day long, probably all week long. And so we praise the Lord for Pastor Kanye. The other thing we’re celebrating today, another birthday. This is the third anniversary of Emerge International Church. Easter Sunday. Three years ago, we began Emerge International Church. That was our first service. And so we’re celebrating all the Lord has done over these three years.

David  [00:01:10]:

We’ve seen people, saved people healed, people set free, people beginning to walk in God’s plan and purpose for them. Hallelujah. So many great things have happened over the last three years. And so we’re expecting great things every day. We expect that God is going to do great and mighty things through us over the the rest of our life, through the rest of our time, throughout eternity, even. So, God, we thank you for the privilege and opportunity we had to partner with you and serve with you through Emerge International Church. And then we come down to what we get to do today.

David  [00:01:54]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:01:55]:

We get to celebrate Resurrection Sunday. You know, every day is an adventure with God. My dad taught me that life is an adventure. Get up every day and go find yours. And so that’s what we do. We get up every day and say, okay, Lord, what’s the adventure for today? Let’s go find it. So we come to celebrate with all. All the body of Christ.

David  [00:02:19]:

And that word all there means all. All the body of Christ. The resurrection of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. The day he rose from the grave, he conquered death, hell, and the grave and gave eternal life to all of us who would believe in him. And because of all Jesus did on the cross, through his death, burial, and resurrection, we have every reason to celebrate every day. He overcame death, hell, the grave. He set us free from the bondage and dominion of sin. So when you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are free.

David [00:03:05]:

Free indeed.

David  [00:03:07]:

Hallelujah.

David [00:03:08]:

Glory to God.

David  [00:03:09]:

We are free today.

David [00:03:11]:

Praise God.

David  [00:03:13]:

Free to be all God created us to be. So let’s celebrate.

David [00:03:18]:

Praise God.

David  [00:03:19]:

That word celebrate there means to praise, to be joyful, to be excited, to show forth his goodness, to make him famous. You know how we make something famous? We celebrate it, we talk about it, we rejoice. In it, we let people know.

David  [00:03:39]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:03:40]:

We honor them. And so we come today to celebrate and honor the Lord Jesus Christ, our Father God. Their plan brought this together so we could be children of God. We could be a part of God’s family, a part of his kingdom, ruling and reigning here in the earth as kings and priests, serving with him, partnering with him to see his kingdom come and his will be done here on earth as it is in heaven.

David  [00:04:12]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:04:13]:

So there are several ways we get to celebrate. I’m excited. I don’t know if you can tell, but I’m excited today. One of the ways we celebrate is by remembering. Remembering. Telling the story again and again and again from one generation to another generation. We remember. We share with others.

David  [00:04:36]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:04:38]:

Another way we remember or another thing we can do to celebrate is we come together in communion. And Jesus challenged us to do that. He challenged his disciples to do that. In Luke 22, verses 19 and 20, and I’m reading this from the new King James Version, he said this, and he took bread, gave thanks, and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, this is my body which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me. Likewise, he also took the cup after supper, saying, the cup is the new covenant in my blood which is shed for you.

David [00:05:24]:

Praise God. Praise God.

David  [00:05:26]:

Paul echoed that in First Corinthians 11, 24, 26 when he said, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, take, eat. This is my body which is broken for you. Do this in remembrance of me. In the same manner, he also took the cup after supper, saying, this cup is a new covenant in my blood. Do this as often as you drink

David  [00:05:53]:

it in remembrance of me.

David  [00:05:55]:

For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till he comes. And so we proclaim and remember and honor the sacrifice Jesus made in our behalf.

David  [00:06:11]:

Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

David  [00:06:14]:

So a way we celebrate is we share it. We share it with others. We remember and tell the story over and over again. Another way we celebrate is we we take communion together and again remember all that he’s done for us.

David  [00:06:30]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:06:31]:

And another way we celebrate is we rejoice. We’re glad. We praise him. And I want us to look at Psalm 118 as we talk about rejoicing in the Lord. Psalm 118 is one of the most significant psalms in Scripture, both historically and prophetically. It is a song of thanksgiving, victory and covenant faithfulness. This psalm opens and closes with the same declaration. And that declaration is this.

David  [00:07:05]:

Psalm 118:1 says, oh, give thanks to

David  [00:07:09]:

the Lord, for He is good, for his mercy endureth forever.

David  [00:07:16]:

Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

David  [00:07:19]:

The Hebrew word here translated mercy, is hased, which means loyal covenant love. Loyal covenant love. It speaks of the covenant that God

David  [00:07:36]:

has between us and Him.

David  [00:07:41]:

The psalmist begins by reminding us that God’s faithfulness doesn’t change his love.

David  [00:07:49]:

His mercy, or his covenant are eternal.

David  [00:07:54]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:07:55]:

He is here for us eternally. So give thanks to the Lord for His goodness.

David  [00:08:02]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:08:03]:

Praise the lord then.

David  [00:08:06]:

Psalm 118, 21, 23. Let me share this with you.

David  [00:08:10]:

You.

David  [00:08:11]:

It says this. I will praise you, for you have answered me and have become my salvation. The stone which the builders rejected has

David  [00:08:22]:

become the chief cornerstone.

David  [00:08:25]:

This was God’s doing, and it’s marvelous in our eyes. That’s a familiar verse.

David  [00:08:33]:

We’ve heard it quoted a lot before.

David  [00:08:34]:

But this verse points to Christ being rejected, but becoming the foundation of our salvation. What man rejects God can exalt.

David  [00:08:50]:

Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

David  [00:08:52]:

Christ was rejected by man, but he was exalted by His Father God. He became the cornerstone, the foundation for our salvation. And so because of this, we can rejoice and be glad today. We can rejoice because he was resurrected. He was rose, risen from the dead.

David  [00:09:18]:

He came up to live eternally forevermore

David  [00:09:23]:

and give us eternal life.

David [00:09:25]:

Praise God.

David  [00:09:27]:

Which leads us to Psalm 118, 24. This is one of my favorite verses. This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.

David [00:09:40]:

Praise God.

David  [00:09:41]:

This verse refers to the day of victory and deliverance. It was known as the day of salvation. The day of salvation is the day

David  [00:09:52]:

the Lord has made.

David  [00:09:53]:

We will rejoice and be glad in it. The psalmist was minding God’s children to rejoice and be glad for this day that was coming. Basically, he was saying, don’t wait for it to arrive. Begin rejoicing now, thanking God for it. It is also a reminder to us to continue rejoicing daily. For we are living right now in the day of salvation. This is a day of salvation that God made. So let’s rejoice and be glad in it.

David  [00:10:28]:

We get to go out every day and share the good news of the

David  [00:10:32]:

Gospel with those around us.

David  [00:10:34]:

That God loves them, that he’s redeemed them, that he’s broken the power of sin and death over them, that they will just come to him, receive him, and believe in him and what he’s done, he will give them life eternally.

David [00:10:52]:

Praise God.

David  [00:10:52]:

And we’re going to look more at that here in a moment. Another interesting fact that ties this Psalm, Psalm 118, to the last supper with Jesus and his disciples is this is a psalm that Jesus sang before going to the garden of Gethsemane, which led to the cross. Jesus was declaring what was coming and thanking God for the victory to come,

David  [00:11:23]:

the day of salvation.

David [00:11:25]:

Praise God.

David  [00:11:27]:

Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

David  [00:11:29]:

Look what he did there. He was saying, I know what’s coming. And God, I’m here. Let’s go, let’s go do this.

David [00:11:38]:

Praise God.

David  [00:11:39]:

Psalm 118, 24 is something I get up almost every day. I begin the day by declaring this verse. This is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it. I rejoice and I’m glad because I am grateful for all Jesus has brought

David  [00:12:05]:

bought for us through his death, burial, and resurrection.

David  [00:12:09]:

Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

David  [00:12:13]:

Thank you, Jesus.

David [00:12:16]:

Praise God.

David  [00:12:17]:

And when it says rejoice and be glad, the word rejoice here in the Hebrew, it’s an outward expression of joy. We’re rejoicing outwardly. We’re telling people, praise God. Look what God has done. God is so good. And when it says be glad, the be glad is an inward, heartfelt gratitude for all God has done.

David  [00:12:42]:

How he loves us, how he cares for us. Be grateful, rejoice and be glad.

David  [00:12:50]:

He has given us back everything the enemy robbed us of through Adam and Eve in the garden, we are completely redeemed and restored back into union with with God our Father, Jesus our Savior, and the Holy Spirit who guides us and comforts us. Praise God.

David [00:13:15]:

Praise God. Praise God.

David  [00:13:18]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:13:19]:

So we remember the story and we share it and have communion with others. We enter into praise. We rejoice and we be glad. And then we recognize this because of his resurrection.

David  [00:13:34]:

Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

David  [00:13:36]:

Because of his resurrection, we are in

David  [00:13:40]:

Christ and Christ is in us. Hallelujah.

David  [00:13:44]:

Ha ha ha. We are new creations recreated in Christ, the old man. Old things have passed away.

David  [00:13:55]:

All has become new, the Word says.

David  [00:13:58]:

And we’re going to look more into that here in a moment. But because of his resurrection, we are in Christ. So let’s look at some things to rejoice and be glad in as the

David  [00:14:11]:

redeemed of the Lord today.

David  [00:14:14]:

And this is really what I want to get to today and celebrate, guys. God has given us all. We need to be everything he has

David  [00:14:23]:

created us to be.

David  [00:14:25]:

And it’s powerful. It is so, so, so powerful. And here in the book of Ephesians, the first three chapters of the book of Ephesians, Paul gives us insight into the fulfillment of Christ’s substitutionary work on our behalf in regard to Satan and

David  [00:14:45]:

the powers of darkness.

David  [00:14:47]:

And so I want us to begin by looking at this. I don’t know how far we’ll get today, if we’ll get through all of it, but I want to press in to get some key things and see some key things that Christ did for

David  [00:15:03]:

us through his resurrection.

David  [00:15:05]:

And so let’s begin by looking at Ephesians 1, 1723. And I’m going to read all of these verses now, and then we’ll come back and work our way through them. And so Ephesians 1, 1723. And I’m reading this in the Amplified Classic, it says this. For I always pray to the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation, of insight into mysteries and secrets, into deep and intimate knowledge of him by having the eyes of your heart flooded with light so you can know and understand the hope to which he has called you. And how rich is his glorious inheritance

David  [00:15:58]:

in the saints, his set apart ones.

David  [00:16:02]:

And so that you can know and understand what is immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of his power in and for us who believe as demonstrated in the working of his mighty strength which he exerted in Christ when He raised him from the dead and seated him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named above every title that can be conferred not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world

David  [00:16:39]:

which are to come.

David  [00:16:40]:

And he has put all things under his feet and has appointed him the universal and supreme head of the Church, a headship exercise throughout the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all, for in that body lives the full measure of him who makes everything complete and who fills everything everywhere with Himself.

David  [00:17:09]:

Wow. Wow, that’s rich, guys.

David  [00:17:12]:

That is so rich. As a child of God, as a believer in Christ Jesus, through the resurrection of Jesus, we have the capacity within us to have a spirit, his spirit of wisdom and revelation. We have the capacity within us to have the insight into the mysteries and secrets and the deep and intimate knowledge of Him. Think about that.

David  [00:17:47]:

Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

David  [00:17:49]:

Wisdom and revelation, insight into mysteries and secrets and the deep and intimate knowledge of Him. Paul is saying, you can know God deeply and intimately. God wants you to know him deeply and intimately. Now, there are two things here I want to point out. So we’re going to come back here in Ephesians, but first let’s go to James, Chapter one, verse five, the Amplified Classic. It says this. If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly with, without reproaching or fault finding, and it will be given him. So what is James saying here? Who do we ask for wisdom? It says, the giving God.

David  [00:18:51]:

You see, God is a giver. He is not holding back. It says here, he gives to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly. He doesn’t find fault with you. He doesn’t reproach you. No, he says, disastrous me, I will give you the wisdom and the insight, the understanding.

David  [00:19:14]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:19:16]:

There is no reason not to know what you need to know what you desire to know what will help you move forward. All we have to do is simply ask. And our Father God says, here you go. I’ll show you. I’ll tell you.

David  [00:19:35]:

I’ll give it to you. Wow.

David  [00:19:38]:

He gives us eyes to see.

David  [00:19:41]:

He gives us ears to hear. He gives us a heart to understand.

David  [00:19:49]:

And then Colossians 2, 3. In the amplified Classic, Paul shares this insight with this. He says, in him, in Christ, all the treasures of divine wisdom, comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God, and all the riches of spiritual knowledge and enlightenment are stored up and lie hidden. All of that is hidden in Christ. In Christ, divine wisdom, spiritual knowledge, enlightenment are stored up and hidden. Now here’s. Here’s something we know we should know. If you are a believer, where is Christ? Let me ask that.

David  [00:20:35]:

He’s in you, right? If you’re a believer, you’ve received him into your heart, then all that is in Christ is in you. Wow. All that is in Christ is in you. We know this is true because here’s what Jesus told his disciples in John 14:20. I’m reading this in the Amplified Classic. Also, at that time, when that day comes, the day of salvation, you will know for yourselves that I am in my Father and you are in Me, and I am in you. Now think about that. He is in the Father, we are in him, and he is in us.

David  [00:21:22]:

Therefore, we have access to all he and the Father have in Him. We are resurrected to the life we were intended to live from the beginning of Time with access to all wisdom, all knowledge.

David  [00:21:39]:

Whoa.

David  [00:21:40]:

Wow.

David  [00:21:40]:

Rejoice and be glad. This is the day the Lord has made. We access all of this wisdom, knowledge, understanding. All those things that are hidden in Christ are hidden in us, and we are in Him. We have access to this by having the eyes of our heart flooded with light. Well, how does our heart become flooded with light? Well, Jesus shares this with us, John 14:26 in the Amplified Classic. But the comforter, who is the counselor, the helper, the intercessor, the advocate, the strengthener, the standby, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, in my place, to represent me and act on my behalf. He will teach you all things, and he will cause you to recall, will remind you of, and bring to your remembrance everything I have told you.

David  [00:22:46]:

So he says, the Holy Spirit is going to bring all this up in us. And then in John 16, chapter 16, verses 13 through 15, amplified classic. Jesus said this. But when he, the Spirit of Truth, the truth giving Spirit comes, He will guide you into all the truth, the whole, full truth. For he will not speak his own message on his own authority, but he will tell whatever he hears from the Father. He will give the message that has been given to him, and he will announce and declare to you the things that are to come, that will happen in the future. He will honor and glorify me because he will take of, receive, draw upon what is mine, and will reveal, declare, disclose, transmitted to you. Everything that the Father has is mine.

David  [00:23:45]:

That is what I meant when I said that he, the Spirit, will take the things that are mine and will reveal, declare, disclose, and transmit it to you. Man, that’s deep, that’s rich. God has given us all of this.

David  [00:24:05]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:24:07]:

I mean, we’ve barely scratched the surface with these few verses. To sum this up, let me say it this way. You have everything within you. You, you need to be all. God has created you, be you to be for now and eternity. It’s all there. It’s all in you. It’s all in Christ, and it’s all in you.

David  [00:24:36]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:24:37]:

And it’s activated by his power, the Holy Spirit, working in you and through you, bringing you insight, understanding and, and revelation.

David [00:24:49]:

Praise God. Praise God. Praise God.

David  [00:24:55]:

I was just reminded of a verse there in Proverbs. We’ve talked about Proverbs 3, 5 and 6, where the writer says, don’t lean

David  [00:25:03]:

on your own understanding, your own insight, your own wisdom. Trust in the Lord.

David  [00:25:11]:

Know, recognize, acknowledge him, and honor all

David  [00:25:14]:

your ways and all of Your life.

David  [00:25:16]:

You see, everything God has is within us now. We just need to trust on Him. We don’t have to figure it all out. That’s why we go and spend time with Him.

David  [00:25:28]:

Every morning

David  [00:25:31]:

we go and ask Him. We seek his face.

David [00:25:37]:

Praise God.

David  [00:25:39]:

God wants us to know and understand

David  [00:25:42]:

his power that is available to us because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

David  [00:25:50]:

It’s all available to us and within us. So rejoice in that and be glad.

David [00:25:56]:

Praise God.

David  [00:25:58]:

God will show you the way. And then Ephesians, chapter 1, verses 19 and 20. The amplified classic says this. Everything we’ve talked about comes to this. So that you can know and understand what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of his power. And for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of his mighty strength which he exerted in Christ when He raised him from the dead. Now listen to this. If you are a believer, then you have the immeasurable, unlimited and surpassing greatness of his power which works in you and for you.

David  [00:26:46]:

It’s yours. You have the fullness of God’s power within you as a believer because of the resurrection of Jesus. It is yours as a child of God. You don’t have to earn it. You don’t have to work for it. You don’t have to be worthy of it. God loves you.

David  [00:27:06]:

And God says, here, this is yours.

David  [00:27:10]:

Then he goes on to say, this power is the same power exerted in Christ when He raised him from the dead. Immortality.

David [00:27:20]:

Praise God.

David  [00:27:22]:

The same resurrection power that worked to raise Jesus from the dead is ours today. It’s living within us. Resurrection power is living within you.

David  [00:27:35]:

When you believe in Christ Jesus as

David  [00:27:37]:

your Lord and Savior, you have God’s resurrection power in you. Paul said this again in Romans 8:11. I’m reading this from the Amplified classic, also Romans 8:11. And if the Spirit of Him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, then he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also restore to life your mortal, short lived, perishable bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

David [00:28:10]:

Praise God.

David  [00:28:10]:

What a promise. There’s another blessing of resurrection.

David [00:28:15]:

Praise God.

David  [00:28:17]:

Through his resurrection and his power, we have this promise available to us. Another translation of this verse says, his Spirit will quicken or make alive your body, give life and strength to your mortal body each and every day, eternally.

David  [00:28:40]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:28:41]:

The Holy Spirit is working in us each and every day. And as we believe, I. I declare this all the time. Father God, I thank you for your Holy Spirit. That is Moving and working in me, quickening and making alive my mortal body today, giving me life and strength throughout eternity. I had the strength and vitality of my youth all the days of my life.

David [00:29:04]:

Praise God.

David  [00:29:05]:

Thank you, Jesus. God’s resurrection power is active within you right now. Now, right now. I don’t care how you’re feeling, what’s going on in your body, you can start declaring this. This is your promise. It’s yours. But as a gentleman I met once

David  [00:29:30]:

like to say, but wait, there’s more. That’s not all.

David  [00:29:35]:

God the Father didn’t stop there. Ephesians 1:20 and 21 goes on to

David  [00:29:41]:

say,

David  [00:29:44]:

and seated him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, in every name that is named, above every title that can be conferred not only in this age and in this world, but also in the

David  [00:30:01]:

age and the world which are to come.

David  [00:30:03]:

If Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father in heavenly places, where are we? Where are the believers? So think about this.

David  [00:30:16]:

Here’s what Scripture says.

David  [00:30:17]:

He is the head of the body. We are members of the body of Christ. So if the head is exalted, the body is exalted with him. We see this. Paul goes on to explain this. Ephesians, chapter 2, verse 6. He gives us insight into this, and he says it this way. Ephesians 2:6, amplified classic.

David  [00:30:44]:

And he raised us up together with him and made us sit down together, giving us joint seating with him in the heavenly sphere by virtue of our being in Christ, the Messiah, the Anointed One. Do you hear that? We are seated with him in heavenly places or in the heavenly sphere, at the Father’s right hand. So in Christ we have a position and a place that is ours in the throne room of God. And Ephesians 2:10, a few verses more, gives more insight into this truth. Ephesians 2:10 tells us, Amplified classic again. For we are God’s own handiwork, his workmanship, recreated in Christ Jesus, born anew, that we may do those good works which God predestined, planned beforehand for us, taking paths which he prepared ahead of time that we should walk in them, living the good life, which he prearranged and made ready for us to live. Now, there’s a whole lot more we

David  [00:31:59]:

could explore in this verse, but the

David  [00:32:01]:

one thing that is powerful here and that I wanted to emphasize here is this word recreated. We are recreated in Christ. And for the sake of time, I will summarize this. That word recreated means Made new. We were made new in Christ just like the original recreated means to make just like the original place back into your proper position and title with all the rights and privileges given. Let me say that again, we have been recreated in Christ. We’ve been made new, just like the original, and placed back into our proper position and title with all the rights and privileges given.

David [00:32:54]:

Praise God.

David  [00:32:56]:

From the beginning of time, Jesus brought us right back to that place where

David  [00:33:02]:

we have it all in Christ.

David  [00:33:05]:

We are seated with Christ in our proper place and position, just like God intended it from the beginning of time. Again Jesus brought us back and restored to us all the enemy stole from us.

David  [00:33:23]:

So in Christ we have it all.

David  [00:33:28]:

Nothing missing, nothing lacking and nothing broken. Nothing missing, Nothing lacking, Nothing broken.

David  [00:33:39]:

Praise God.

David [00:33:40]:

Praise God. Praise God.

David  [00:33:44]:

Rejoice, rejoice, Rejoice and be glad today. For the resurrection of Jesus Christ has brought you back to that place that God intended you.

David [00:33:55]:

Praise God.

David  [00:33:56]:

And then it goes on to say, Ephesians 1:22,23 and he says, as he has put all things under his feet and has appointed him the universal and supreme head of the Church, a headship exercised throughout the Church, which is His Body, the fullness of him who fills all in all. For in that body lives the full measure of him who makes everything complete and who fills everything everywhere with Himself. He has put all things under his feet.

David [00:34:29]:

Praise God. Praise God.

David  [00:34:32]:

So in Christ as His Body we are co seated with him, and all things are under our feet, all power and authority and dominion. He said in Matthew 28:18 that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Him. So go into all the world and proclaim the gospel. So he delegated that power and authority to us right then and to his disciples. So in Jesus name we have been given all authority and everything is under our feet because we’re seated with Him. And so the authority is absolute. It covers all things without exception, including heavenly things and earthly things. It operates in both realms,

David  [00:35:23]:

the heavenly and the earthly.

David  [00:35:27]:

Now listen. He did not defeat the enemy for Himself. Know this.

David  [00:35:35]:

He defeated him for us,

David  [00:35:40]:

so we

David  [00:35:40]:

could have the right, the power, the

David  [00:35:43]:

authority, the dominion that was given to

David  [00:35:46]:

us in the beginning.

David  [00:35:49]:

He did not fight the battle for his glory, but for our good. Jesus redeemed us, defeated our enemy and put him beneath our feet. So we can proudly and boldly say,

David  [00:36:09]:

we are more than conquerors, we are overcomers. We are victorious in Christ. That’s who I am. I am a child of God. Because of his resurrection, we are blessed with immeasurable wisdom and knowledge.

David  [00:36:30]:

We are blessed by his power working

David  [00:36:33]:

in us and through us, with us and for us.

David  [00:36:36]:

We are blessed to be seated with

David  [00:36:38]:

him in heavenly places.

David  [00:36:42]:

We are blessed to be recreated in Christ and put back back into

David  [00:36:49]:

our rightful proper position and place. We are blessed because all authority has been given to us in his name. Praise God.

David [00:37:04]:

Praise God.

David  [00:37:05]:

Praise God for His resurrection, which takes

David  [00:37:09]:

us Back to Psalm 118, 24. God inspired us almost to write it and we just keep using it. Today, this is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. This is the day of salvation the Lord has made. And we will rejoice and be glad in it and share it with all those around us. We will stand up boldly and walk in all God, God has given us

David  [00:37:41]:

as children of God. Praise God.

David [00:37:47]:

Praise God.

David  [00:37:48]:

Praise God. Praise God. Let’s bow our heads in prayer.

David  [00:37:54]:

Father, I thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

David  [00:37:57]:

Thank you for your resurrection power.

David  [00:38:01]:

Jesus, I thank you for all that you suffered on our behalf. The price you paid so that we could be free from sin and come back into union with you and the Father and the Holy Spirit and be one with you and walk in all that you’ve given us.

David [00:38:19]:

Praise God.

David  [00:38:20]:

You redeemed us.

David  [00:38:21]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:38:22]:

Thank you Jesus. It’s all ours and we receive it today.

David  [00:38:28]:

And Father God, we declare today in the name of Jesus, we will not be intimidated or overcome or or Lord weak in faith, but God, we will stand strongly because we know the enemy has been defeated.

David  [00:38:46]:

And we walk a total victory today in you Lord. And we thank you for it. We thank you for it. We thank you for it in Jesus name. Hallelujah.

David  [00:38:58]:

Now let me say this. If you haven’t received Jesus as your

David  [00:39:04]:

Lord and Savior, but you’re hearing this

David  [00:39:06]:

today and goes, wow, I want that.

David  [00:39:09]:

That’s the life I want. It’s real simple. All you have to do

David  [00:39:16]:

is declare your faith in him and ask him

David  [00:39:18]:

to come into your heart and forgive you of your sins. And boom, he’s right there. He’s waiting for you. So just repeat this prayer after me.

David  [00:39:29]:

Jesus,

David  [00:39:32]:

I receive you as my Lord and Savior. Forgive me of all my sin, cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Thank you for receiving me as a child of God. Today I commit to follow you, to walk in your way and to live for you all the days of my life in Jesus name.

David  [00:40:08]:

Amen.

David  [00:40:11]:

Hallelujah.

David  [00:40:11]:

If you prayed that prayer with me, God has cleansed you, made you whole. Jesus is your Lord and Savior, and you’re a part of the family of God. And everything I described today is yours. It’s yours. It’s yours. I challenge everyone here listening. Go back. Listen to this again.

David  [00:40:32]:

Go back. Read these scriptures and study in them and declare them and meditate on them and get them in you so that you can fully walk in the fullness

David  [00:40:43]:

of all that God has for you.

David [00:40:46]:

Praise God. Praise God. Praise God.

David  [00:40:50]:

Praise God.

David  [00:40:51]:

Pastor Conia’s coming now with a closing thought.

David  [00:40:54]:

God bless you. Have a great week.
